Capitora operates as a research and intelligence platform. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. This page sets out, in plain language, what Capitora is, what it is not, and the framework that governs how our research is produced, presented, and used.
Capitora is a research and market-intelligence platform. We collect public data, organize it through a documented methodology (see Methodology), and present the resulting signals to subscribers and visitors for informational purposes only.
Capitora is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, commodity trading advisor, fund manager, or execution venue. We do not custody assets, accept orders, or transact in any security on behalf of any user.
Information presented on Capitora — including but not limited to opportunity scores, confidence scores, signal classifications, state and sector intelligence, hidden-winner dossiers, executive briefs, and AI-generated summaries — does not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, or fiduciary advice, and is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any security or instrument.
Past capital flows and historical patterns do not guarantee future outcomes. Any decision to invest is solely yours; you are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision in consultation with a licensed financial professional.
Capitora's scores are research-quality and concentration metrics. A high opportunity score reflects observed capital concentration; a high confidence score reflects evidence density. Neither is a forecast of price.
Capitora's data comes from public primary sources (see Data Sources) and is processed through a documented pipeline. Errors are possible: source data can be revised, redacted, or republished; AI-generated summaries can misclassify; classification rules evolve.
Material corrections are published in the methodology changelog and noted on the affected signal. Non-material edits (typography, formatting, link repair) are made silently. To report an error, write to intelligence@capitora.ai with a citation; we acknowledge corrections within two business days.
We encourage referencing Capitora research in institutional notes, internal memos, and academic work, with proper attribution.
